This article shall be known and cited as the VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX ORDINANCE. The tax imposed by this article shall be known as the "Deerfield Food and Beverage Tax" and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the Village of Deerfield, the State of Illinois, or any other Municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
