In addition to the nonrefundable application fee paid at the time the application is submitted, applicant shall pay any and all costs relating to the application and the issuance of the bonds, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, fees of the village's financial or other consultants, and any and all other costs of the village in connection with the application and the issuance of any bonds. Applicants shall pay all such costs within ten (10) days of receipt of an invoice from the village. (Ord. 0-06-21, 5-1-2006)
