All bids shall be accompanied by an executed certification form in a condition satisfactory to the village complying with the provisions of 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/33E-1 et seq. Failure to fully comply with the requirements of said 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/33E-1 et seq., shall render a bid unacceptable. (Ord. 0-91-49, 12-2-1991)
