ZONING CODE of DEERFIELD ILLINOIS
Sec. 9-21A. Proceeds Of Tax:
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this section, including interest and penalties, shall be paid into the treasury of the village and shall be credited to and deposited in the general fund of the village. (1963 Code)
