Sec. 9-15. Payment Of Tax Prior To Issuance Of Title Or Certificate Of Registration:
   The Municipal Use Tax shall be collected by the Illinois Department of Revenue for the Village and shall be paid before the title or certificate of registration for the personal property is issued. (Ord. 0-74-66, § 2, 10-21-1974)
