The failure of any person to:
(a) Obtain an alarm system user permit as required by this article;
(b) Obey any order of the Police Chief or Village Board of suspension or revocation of an alarm user permit after such person has exhausted his rights to hearing or appeals; constitutes an offense punishable by fine of from five dollars ($5.00) to five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that such violation continues after the expiration of the period allowed for compliance under the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 0-84-04, 2-7-1984)
