Sec. 7-77.16. Revocation or suspension of permits.
Any permit issued to an alarm user may be suspended or revoked by decision of the Police Chief. Reasons for suspension or revocation of a permit may be, but are not limited to, the following:
   (a)   Violation of this Article or any of its provisions, or
   (b)   Fraudulent information provided on the application for permit.
The Police Chief shall make notification by first class mail of any suspension or revocation of a permit. (Ord. 0-84-04, 2-7-84)
