(a) Applications for a license under this article shall be made to the director of building and zoning of the village upon forms provided by the village.
(b) Such application shall:
(1) Disclose such information with respect to the premises for which such license is sought and other matters as the director of building and zoning may reasonably require to enforce the provisions of this article.
(2) Comply with the provisions of chapter 14, "Licenses", of this code. (1963 Code § 17.1103; amd. Ord. 0-70-10)
