It shall be the duty of the building commissioner or other officer designated by the village manager to inspect or cause to be inspected every dry cleaning establishment at least once every six (6) months to ensure that such establishment is being operated, conducted and maintained in accordance with the provisions of this article, this code and all other applicable ordinances, rules and regulations.
