(a) Application for a license under this article shall be made in writing to the village manager.
(b) The application shall state:
(1) Full information regarding the location of such intended dry cleaning establishment.
(2) The type of cleaning solvents and the type of mechanical equipment or machinery to be used for dry cleaning.
(3) The location of such equipment or machinery and the storage of such solvents within the dry cleaning establishment.
(4) The provisions for ventilating the equipment or machinery and the area or room where located.
(c) Every such application shall be submitted to the director of building and zoning for his review and approval as to its compliance with the "Standard For Dry Cleaning Plants", as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (1972), published as pamphlet NFPA no. 32 and herein adopted by reference.
