The application for registration under this article shall be accompanied by a surety bond with a corporate surety, in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) conditioned to indemnify the village from any expense, liability, loss or damage resulting from the issuance of such registration or from the work undertaken pursuant to said registration or the manner of doing the same.
