Sec. 6-70. General Provisions:
   (a)   The applicant shall maintain the site and adjoining public ways and public property in a safe and clean condition, including, but not limited to, compliance with the minimum standards and requirements set forth herein for security fencing, protection of public property and landscaping, sanitation, facilities for the collection and removal of debris, traffic and parking control, loading and storage, until construction of all improvements on the site has been completed and, if applicable, a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
   (b)   Applicant shall provide the director of building and zoning with a telephone number for twenty four (24) hour emergency contact with the applicant or the general contractor.
   (c)   Applicant must cause notice of any demolition or construction that requires a Village permit to be given by posting a sign in a prominent place on the subject property. The size, shape, color, and text of such sign shall be as required by the Village Department of Community Development. Such sign must include notice of the permitted hours for demolition and construction. The sign must be posted at the subject property not less than fourteen (14) days in advance of the commencement of demolition or construction unless a shorted period is approved by the Department of Community Development, and shall be maintained on the subject property until all work on the subject property has been completed and inspected by the Village, or until removal of the sign is approved by the Department of Community Development.
   (d)   Upon notice to the applicant that the site is not in compliance with the requirements of this article, applicant shall cause the site to be brought into full compliance with the requirements of this article within twenty four (24) hours.
   (e)   As a condition of any building permit issued for a site, applicant authorizes the village and its officers, agents and employees, in the event of any emergency, accident or violation of this article that affects or threatens to affect the site to the detriment of public health, safety and welfare, to enter upon the site and to take such actions as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to respond to the emergency, accident or violation of this article.
