The board of trustees shall obtain, review and utilize base flood elevation data available from time to time from federal, state or other sources until such time as such data has been received from the federal insurance administration. Base flood data received from the federal insurance administration shall take precedence over data from other sources.
The base flood elevation at any particular location shall be as delineated on the 100-year flood profile in the flood insurance study. (Ord. 0-77-60, 9-19-1977)
