Sec. 6-30A. Temporary emergency occupancy.
   (a)   In the event of destruction of a dwelling within the fire limits of the Village to the extent set forth in Section 6-26 either by fire or act of God, the owner of said dwelling may apply for a temporary dwelling permit to the Mayor and Board of Trustees specifying the nature of said temporary dwelling and the duration of such occupancy.
   (b)   Upon receipt of said application the Mayor and Board of Trustees may, at their discretion, approve or deny said application and as part of any approval impose such time limitations and such other conditions as they deem appropriate upon the temporary emergency occupancy.
   (c)   The temporary dwelling permit herein described may be issued notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12.7(a) prohibiting occupancy of a premises by a nonresidential building or structure. (Ord. 0-85-32, 6-3-85)
