Sec. 4-48. Certain Amusements Prohibited Within Three Hundred Feet Of Churches And Schools:
   No person shall conduct or operate any ferris wheel, merry-go-round, roller coaster, rollerskating rink, giant swing, or other apparatus or contrivance designed or intended to be used for amusement purposes, or any shooting gallery, strength testing device, miniature golf course, quoits game, throwing game or similar amusement or play or perform upon any hand organ, barrel organ, barrel accordion, barrel piano, hurdy gurdy, or other musical or wind instrument at any place within three hundred feet (300') of any church, kindergarten or school, without having obtained the prior approval of the board of trustees.
