Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, all provisions of the Code may be enforced by instituting an administrative adjudication proceeding as provided in this article, unless administrative adjudication of the alleged violation is otherwise prohibited by law. (Ord. O-24-28, 9-3-2024)
