(a) Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of this Article shall be fined not less than $50.00 dollars, nor more than $750.00 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The license of any Mobile Food Vendor or Ice Cream Truck Vendor found guilty of violating any provision of this Article may be denied, suspended, or revoked.
(b) If a Mobile Food Vendor or Ice Cream Truck Vendor license is revoked for any cause, no Mobile Food Vendor or Ice Cream Truck Vendor license will be granted to that vendor for a period of one year after the date of revocation.
(c) Except as otherwise provided by this Section, the provisions of section 1-26 of this Code shall govern the issuance, denial, suspension or revocation of a Mobile Food Vendor or Ice Cream Truck Vendor license. (Ord. 0-24-02, 1-16-2024)
