Sec. 7-135.   License Required; Fees:
   (a)   License Required: No Mobile Food Vendor or Ice Cream Truck Vendor may operate or engage in delivery, preparation, service, or sale of food and beverages from a Food Truck or Ice Cream Truck within the Village without having first obtained a license from the Village.
   (b)   Application For License: An application for a license required by this Section must be made upon a form provided by the Village Manager, and must provide the information required by, and in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 14 of this Code. In addition, the application shall include: (i) a copy of a certificate of insurance demonstrating that the applicant maintains insurance in the type and minimum amounts required by Section 7-150 of this Code; and (ii) if required by the applicable county health department, a permit authorizing the applicant to engage in the preparation or sale of food and beverages.
   (c)   Fees.
      (1)   The application fee for a Mobile Food Vendor license is $100.00.
      (2)   The application fee for an Ice Cream Truck Vendor license is $50.00. (Ord. 0-24-02, 1-16-2024)
