Where a class of liquor license authorizes delivery of packaged alcoholic liquor for off-premises consumption, such service by delivery is subject to the following requirements:
(a) Deliveries must be made in the unopened, original package.
(b) The individual making the delivery is required to check the recipents identification card to conform the recipient is 21 or older.
The licensee that delivers alcoholic liquor is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this Section are satisfied, including when the licensee uses or allows a third-party delivery service to make deliveries. (Ord. O-23-09, 3-20-2023, eff. 1-1-2024)
