Any person who violates this Article shall be fined in the amounts of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense, one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the second offense, and two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for the third and subsequent offenses. The number of offenses committed by a person shall be calculated without consideration of the number of properties for or at which such offenses were committed. (Ord. 0-13-5, 1-22-2013)
