This Article applies to all covered projects within the Village, except in any of the following circumstances:
(a) An immediate or emergency demolition is required to protect the public health, safety or welfare, as determined prior to such demolition by the Director of Building and Zoning or designee;
(b) An exception is granted pursuant to Section 6-90; or
(c) A valid building permit or demolition permit was issued for the covered project prior to March 1, 2013. (Ord. 0-13-5, 1-22-2013)
