Any copy of the "Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, 1975", or any copy of any addition, amendment or supplement thereto, adopted, published and certified according to law shall be received in evidence in all courts and administrative tribunals for the purpose of proving the ordinances therein contained with like effect and for the same purpose as the original ordinances would be received.
