All applications and proceedings for judicial review of any order of the Board of Trustees issued pursuant to the provisions of this Article shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Review Act" (735 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 et seq.); and if any such order is affirmed, the Board may obtain an order of court for its enforcement in the same proceeding.
