(a) Any person claiming to be aggrieved by an unlawful real estate practice, may file with the commission a written complaint within thirty (30) days after the alleged commission of such unlawful practice.
(b) The complaint shall state the name and address of the complainant and person or persons who allegedly committed the unlawful practice, and shall set forth the facts constituting the alleged practice. (1963 Code § 27.1206; amd. Ord. 0-68-20)
