§ 93.10 GASOLINE EMERGENCY CUTS.
   In the event of an emergency, the Street Superintendent may authorize a pavement cut, without the applicant first filing a written application for a permit with the Building Department. Provided, however, within 72 hours of making a cut, an applicant shall file the permit application and pay the permit fee. Failure to do so shall result in a violation of § 93.01.
