No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle on, over, along, across or through controlled school property, except for a purpose related to the education of one or more persons enrolled as a student or students of the North Adams Community Schools or for a purpose related to any lawful activity being conducted thereon, which activity is expressly or impliedly permitted by the authority of the Board of Trustees of the North Adams Community Schools.
