Except as hereinafter provided, a tap permit fee of $250 is hereby fixed and levied upon any person, firm or corporation desiring to tap into and to use the Koos Ditch Trunk Sanitary Sewer whether by direct connection thereto or by tap into a lateral sewer draining into the same. This tap permit fee shall be paid to the city when the application for the permit required by § 55.02 of this chapter is filed.
