Application for a permit to tap into and use the Koos Ditch Trunk Sanitary Sewer, whether by direct connection or by tap into a lateral sewer draining into the same, shall be on forms furnished the city. Such application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Building Inspector of the city.
