§ 50.35 DOMESTIC ANIMALS, RODENTS AND INSECTS, DUST CONTROL.
   (A)   Domestic animals shall be excluded from any public refuse disposal site.
   (B)   Infestation of rodents and insects on the premises of a public refuse disposal site shall constitute a violation of this chapter and such violation shall be determined by the Health Officer.
   (C)   Measures shall be provided to control dust and blowing paper. The entire area shall be kept clean and orderly.
