(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense by a fine of not more than $1,000, and for the third and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $1,000, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating insanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the Board of Health, or by the duly appointed Health Officer of the county, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.

(B) (1) In addition to the requirements of § 50.02 on cleanup, if any individual person, corporation, or entity shall violate the provisions of § 50.02 by dumping, or shall do any other act prohibited therein, or shall fail to comply in any manner with § 50.02 within the time prescribed, then such individual person, corporation or entity shall be fined in any sum not less than $2,500 per violation.
(2) Additionally, in the event the county shall seek relief through a court order, and it shall be determined that the county is entitled to such order, the county shall further be entitled to a penalty of $100 per day for each day the violation existed up to and including the date of such court order.
