§ 114.067 CONSUMPTION LIMITATION; DISPLAY; FURNISHING SET-UPS.
   (A)   Where permitted. No person shall consume or display or allow the consumption or display of liquor or furnish set-ups or allow the furnishing of set-ups at any place within the city, except:
      (1)   A private residence;
      (2)   An establishment having an intoxicating liquor on-sale license;
      (3)   An establishment having a permit and maintaining the conditions set forth in § 114.069 of this chapter; or
      (4)   On the premises occupied by a non-profit organization which has a temporary permit applicable to the premises and the time of the consumption and display, and which complies with the conditions of § 114.071(C) of this chapter
   (B)   Regulations. The furnishing of set-ups and the consumption and display of liquor at an establishment having a permit shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and other applicable law.
   (C)   Hours. No person shall consume or display, or allow the consumption or display of intoxicating liquor or furnish set-ups or allow the furnishing of set-ups at an establishment having a permit between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
