Downtown Development Authority
   EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 2012-01, passed March 26, 2012, approved and adopted a Development Plan and a Tax Increment Financing Plan for Davison Downtown Development Area No. 2 pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 197 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended (now Act No 57 of 2018). Copies of this ordinance and of the Plans may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
