   EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 2012-01, passed March 26, 2012, approved and adopted a Development Plan and a Tax Increment Financing Plan for Davison Downtown Development Area No. 2 pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 197 of the Public Acts of 1975, as amended (now Act No 57 of 2018).
