Words and terms used in this chapter shall have the same meaning given them in Act No. 57 or as hereinafter in this section provided, unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, and shall be in addition to the words and terms provided in Act No. 57.
(a) “Act No. 57" means Act No. 57 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 2018, as amended.
(b) “Authority” means the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Davison.
(c) “Board” means the governing body of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Davison.
(d) “Chief Executive Officer” means the City Manager of the City of Davison.
(e) “City” means the City of Davison.
(f) “City Council” means the City Council for the City of Davison.
(g) “Downtown District” means the downtown district designated in this chapter, as amended.
