The Downtown District, in which the Authority shall exercise its powers as provided by Act No. 57, legally described in Appendix A, following the text of this chapter, and delineated on the Map, set forth in Appendix B, following the text of this chapter. The boundaries as herein established are subject to changes as may hereafter be made pursuant to this chapter and Act No. 57.
