§ 116.07 INSURANCE.
   An entity authorized to serve and/or sell alcoholic beverages at an event shall provide DCRP with a certificate of liability insurance, including additional coverage to serve and/or sell alcoholic beverages at the event. General liability coverage per occurrence must be a minimum of $2,000,000 and aggregate of $4,000,000. The county shall be named as an additional loss-payee on said policy. Any additional insurance policy requirements over and beyond aforementioned limits will be determined by the county on a case-by-case basis. Proof of such insurance coverage shall be submitted at least 14 days prior to the date of the event to RecTeam@daviecountvnc.gov and approved by DCRP prior to issuance of a special event permit.
