§ 116.05 SALE (CONCESSION) OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   DCRP facilities. To serve and/or sale alcoholic beverages during an event shall be limited to the designated area(s) within the event area(s) outlined in the special event permit as part of the Alcohol Beverage Service Plan.
   (B)   Vendor(s). All service and/or sales of alcoholic beverages shall be conducted by a designated vendor(s) approved by DCRP; have a certificate of liability insurance; state license to sale and/or serve alcoholic beverages; and all necessary permitting on file 14 days prior to the event.
   (C)   Prohibition. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited during any event attended by children (under age 21), unless otherwise approved by the Recreation and Parks Director or the Director's designee(s).
   (D)   Beginning sales and/or service. The sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages shall only begin during approved event times as specified in the special event permit.
   (E)   Cessation of sales and/or service. The sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages shall cease at least one hour before the official end of the event as specified in the special event permit.
