In circumstances where the ordinance enforcement officer determines the existence of a nuisance exists in accordance with § 10-103(A) through (G), the ordinance enforcement officer shall cause written notice to be sent or personally delivered to the person causing or who is responsible for the nuisance, describing the nuisance violating this chapter, and requiring corrective action with 10 days from the date of mailing or posting of the notice or as otherwise required by Pennsylvania law or regulations. If mailed, such notice shall be sent by regular and certified mail. If posted, such notice shall be posted on the most conspicuous part of the property. Failure by the concerned party to take corrective action within 10 days of being so notified shall constitute a violation of this chapter. Each day a violation continues to exist after notice is provided shall constitute a separate offense.
