§27-1704.   Restrictions Applicable to Short-Term Rentals.
   1.   Short-term rental properties may accommodate not more than 2 persons per bedroom.
   2.   Short-term rental properties may accommodate not more than 8 persons total.
   3.   Children under the age of 3 are excluded from the limitations set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
