§27-1701.   Definitions.
   As used in this Part 17, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
   Short-term rental–any dwelling or portion of any dwelling containing a single cooking area used as a rental for a period of less than 30 consecutive days.
