§ 27-1405.   Registration of Nonconformities.
   For administrative purposes, the Zoning Officer shall prepare, immediately following adoption of this Chapter, a complete list of all nonconforming structures and uses, and shall issue letters certifying this fact to all owners of such nonconformities.
