§ 27-602. Uses Permitted by Right .

   Land and buildings in the R-3 District shall be used for the following purposes only:

   A.   Single-family detached dwellings.

   B.   Single-family semi-detached dwellings.

   C.   Single-family attached dwellings.

   D.   Two-family dwellings.

   E.   Apartments.

   F.   Public park, playground, or recreation area.

   G.   Churches.

   H.   Accessory buildings and accessory uses customarily incidental to the above when located on the same lot.
