The following uses may be permitted as a special exception when authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board:
A. Conversion apartments (see §27-1102).
B. Home occupations subject to the regulations of Part 11.
C. Borough or governmental buildings and uses.
D. Uses which, in the opinion of the Zoning Hearing Board, are of the some general character as the above uses and which will not be detrimental to the intended purposes of this Chapter.
