§ 1-237.   Approval for Contracts.
   If necessary, and upon the prior approval of both of the governing bodies of the Borough of Dauphin and Middle Paxton Township, the said agency is hereby empowered to enter into contracts for policies of group insurance and employee benefits, including social security, for its employees.
