§ 1-201.   Creation of Municipal Authority.
   It is the desire and intention of the municipal authorities of the Borough of Dauphin, Dauphin County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to organize an authority under the “Municipality Authorities Act of 1945,” approved May 2, 1945, its supple ments and amendments, for the purpose of exercising any and all powers conferred by said Act. 1
