§ 15-1304.   Obedience of Persons Engaged in Skateboarding, Scootering or Skating to Traffic Control Devices and Regulations.
   1.   A person engaged in skateboarding, scootering or skating shall obey the instructions of a police officer or other person authorized to direct, control or regulate traffic.
   2.   A person engaged in skateboarding, scootering or skating shall obey traffic and pedestrian control signals as provided under the Vehicle Code, §3112 (relating to traffic control signals) and §3113 (relating to pedestrian control signals) 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§3112, 3113.
