Any person found to have violated any part of this Chapter shall be required to pay a fine of $25, as well as the costs of prosecution, including legal fees, or in default of the payment of the fine, shall be committed to the Dauphin County Prison for a period of not more than 10 days. Each day an infraction continues shall be considered a separate violation. An individual found to have committed a second violation, and all subsequent violations, of this Chapter shall be required to pay a fine of $50, as well as the costs of prosecution, including legal fees.
