It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.
