It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or allow to remain parked, on any of the following streets or parts of streets, any vehicle other than a passenger car (which shall not include any bus, motor home or passenger car attached to a trailer of any kind or unattached trailer or trailer with boat(s)). All streets within the Borough (from Borough line to Borough line) from Erie Street and High Street to the west (including Erie Street and High Street).
