§ 15-212.   No Passing Zones Established.
   1.   The following are established as no-passing zones, and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to overtake or pass another vehicle or to drive on the left side of the roadway in any no-passing zone:

Direction of Travel
Between
Claster Boulevard
eastbound and westbound
Erie Street to Borough line
 
   2.   Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced in accordance with the sentencing provisions set forth in the relevant section of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. §101 et seq.
