§ 15-204.   Maximum Speed Limits Established in Parks.
   1.   A speed limit of 35 miles per hour is established on all streets and roadways in the public parks maintained and operated by the Borough, except in the following locations, where the lower maximums, as specified, shall apply:

Dauphin-Middle Paxton Joint Park Authority Park
All park streets
10 mph
Memorial Park (Kennedy Field)
All park streets
10 mph
 
   2.   Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced in accordance with the sentencing provisions set forth in the relevant section of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. §101 et seq.
